During the fall of 2010, I worked on a research project, “Physical Activity

Behavior Disparity between Rural and Urban Adolescent Youth” that looked at

weight in elementary school children in relation to their level of physical activity

and geographical profile.

During the spring of 2011, I worked on a research project, “Prevalence and

Follow-up of Abnormal Pap Smears in a Rural Population” that looked at Pap

smear results and follow-up procedures in rural eastern North Carolina.
