I'm a registered nurse transitioning into the Family Nurse Practitioner role. My nursing career was dedicated to long-term care, rehabilitation, and hospice populations, with extensive experience supporting patients and families across the lifespan and with a wide range of conditions. I'm skilled in delivering health education, evaluating care plans and interventions, and making appropriate adjustments to optimize outcomes. I have the proven abilities to foster teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration, contribute to staffing solutions, mentor nursing students, and support the training and development of newly hired nurses.
